Ensure your device has enough free space; an IPA installation often requires double the file size during the extraction process.
Navigate to > VPN & Device Management (or Profiles & Device Management). Under the "Developer App" section, tap on your Apple ID .

3uTools is currently only available for Windows operating systems.
Once signed, 3uTools will generate a new IPA file. Use this new file to repeat Step 3. Step 5: Trust the Developer Profile on iOS
Tap and enter your device passcode to authorize the connection.
Simply find your IPA file in Windows Explorer and drag it directly into the 3uTools window.
