The plot follows Agent 47, an elite genetically engineered killer identified by the last two digits of a barcode tattooed on the back of his neck. His latest mission involves tracking down Katia van Dees, the daughter of the man who created the "Agent" program. As 47 hunts Katia, he finds himself in a deadly race against Syndicate International, a shadow organization led by the ambitious Le Clerq. The Syndicate aims to restart the defunct Agent program to create an unstoppable army of assassins, and they believe Katia holds the key to finding her father, Dr. Piotr Litvenko.
