Newer NAPCO units often have a recovery mechanism built into the login interface.
Once you regain access, check if there is a "New" firmware update. Newer versions often have better recovery options (like security questions).
Does the login screen show a or a Security Code ?
Remove the screwdriver/jumper and allow the system to boot. It should return to the factory "New Device" setup wizard. Method 3: Battery Removal (RTC Reset)
