The 2015 film Trisha Leda Nayanthara (originally titled Trisha Illana Nayanthara in Tamil) remains one of the most talked-about "adult comedies" in Telugu cinema. Directed by Adhik Ravichandran in his directorial debut, the film stars music composer-turned-actor G.V. Prakash Kumar alongside Anandhi and Manisha Yadav .

The second half of the film follows Jeeva to Kumbakonam, where he stays with his uncle Vishu ( VTV Ganesh ). There, he encounters Ramya again and tries to win her back, leading to a series of comedic and often crass situations. Cast and Crew The film features a mix of fresh faces and seasoned actors:

Known for its unapologetic take on modern relationships, the movie’s title—translating to "If not Trisha, then Nayanthara" —encapsulates its protagonist's philosophy of quickly moving on from one heartbreak to the next.

Jeeva grows up with two girls, Ramya (Anandhi) and Aditi (Manisha Yadav), both born on the same day in the same hospital.
